does this work? |

When you purchase and eBook, Rare Book, or Used Book from
The Puppet Press, your transaction is handled through PayPal.
PayPal confirms your payment and sends us a notice listing
what you bought and that your payment has been deposited to
our account (InfoPulse LLC - our parent company).
Your eBook purchase(s) will be delivered within one business
day via EMAIL (usually you will receive it in less than 24
hours). Contact us at help@puppetpress.com
if you have problems with your delivery and we will be happy
to set up an alternative delivery method.
Your Rare Book and/or Used Book purchases will be shipped
within one business day of receipt of payment and will be
shipped via Unites States Postal Service first-class mail.

is an eBook? |
| An
eBook is an electronic file that allows readers to enjoy articles,
books, novels, magazines, and stories on their PC, Mac, laptop,
or handheld device - or even printed out! Presently, we publish
eBooks in Adobe Acrobat PDF format, which is read by FREE Adobe
Acrobat Reader software for the Mac, PC, or handheld device.
Soon we will also offer eBooks in other formats such as Microsoft
Word documents. |
| What are the benefits of eBooks? |
Cheaper than paper books.
Convenient - imagine loading several novels and a few magazines
onto a portable reading device before you go on holiday.
You can build a whole library of digital books.
Users can do research and create/organize content.
eBook reading software is free and easy to download from the
internet. |
| How do I view my eBook? |

First, make sure your have Adobe Acrobat eBook Reader or
Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer or handheld.
When you receive your eBook via email, SAVE the file to your
computer and open it with your eBook Reader or Reader.

| What if I lose or damage my eBook - can I get a replacement? |
| Contact us at help@puppetpress.com
and include your name, your order number, the date of purchase,
and the delivery email address (or as much information as you
can remember so that we can find your order). We will be happy
to email you a replacement once your original order is confirmed.
We will do this only once, so please back up your eBook! |
